Upon securement of services, for editing and proofreading services, documents are edited using Microsoft Word’s track edits feature. This is a standard feature available with this software application that allows you to view all corrections and comments made with the ability to accept or reject proposed revisions. Upon completion, you will receive two documents: one version in track changes for your review and reference, and one version with all edits accepted.
For any writing services requested, ProWrite Editing defers to the customer’s software requirements and preferences as long as it is available within our software inventory.
Pricing and Payment
Since our editing and writing services are tailored for each individual client, pricing depends on the scope of work, potential timeframe requirements, and type of services requested. We provide free price quotes on a case-by-case basis. However, our rates are very competitive against other editorial service providers without sacrificing quality. Our ultimate commitment is to ensure your editing and writing needs are achieved.
For extensive projects, we offer payment plan options; however, we require receipt of final payment upon completion of services rendered.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure online bill payment system that uses encrypted technology. Once services have been rendered, you will receive an electronic invoice for easy, quick payment. Once you submit your payment, you will receive an electronic copy of your paid invoice for your records.
For long-term accounts, we offer additional billing options, including monthly invoicing for hourly or recurring services.
